JSS Chat Apologies

Hello everybody

I have had the chance to speak today with the spanish people that yesterday behaved not in the most correct way in the chat... you all know their names.

As they are not allowed to enter to the forum, they have asked me to show you all their apologies for what has happened last night. Regarding to their words, it was not their intention to ruin the chat, they didn't know the rules, that was the reason they talked always they wanted... and when they were banned (without any reason, according to them) they signed again just to keep reading Jeff's words... but they were banned again.

That seemed to make them angry, so they signed up several times in an agry mood, causing the mess we all know.

They regret to have done that and they expect that the people in the forum can accept their apologies... that won't happen anymore.

I think all those facts made us lose our temper, and maybe my words in the Europe forum were too tough, it was not my intention to cause any mess in that forum but we all were too upset and wanted everybody to know what had happened. I would also like to show my apologies if I have disturbed somebody else in that forum.

Also I would like to thank all the wonderful people in the forum who has supported me in this hard times when the mess in the Europe forum broke out. My most sincere THANKS...

I appreciate your apology. I'm not sure who said that they were 'just banned' but that isn't the case. The chat rules were up everywhere and anyone that was banned was warned a minimum of 3 times.

What is the link to the UK forum please. I want to check it out.

Each place where I posted the info about the chat, the chat rules were clearly written. It's easy to say they didn't know them. As they're members of the Europe forum, the info was posted there as well...
As Kim said, they were warned several times before being banned, but they didn't stop 'talking'. And once banned, they came back with those insulting nicknames, for what?
Would have they done the same if it was a chat with Joey Tempest? I sincerely doubt.
If it was not their intention to ruin the chat, why were they here yesterday then? To talk to Jeff? Are they JSS fans? The answer is no, because JSS fans don't act like this.
As I'm still angry about what happened, I won't change their banned status for the moment.

Please... I don't want you to think I want to justify what they did last night. I'm just posting here what they have said to me... now it's up to us to believe it or not.

Of course I know their behaviour was anything but good, that you have the rules explained in your forum, in eva's, also before the chat had started... so I respect your decision, I won't ask you to allow them to enter to the forum again... What they wanted to see were my apologies here...

JSS fans? Well... only Lola... not the rest...

Believe me, I was so angry as you last night...

Nosotros hemos organizado varios chat con J y esta es la primera oportunidad en la que vemos este tipo de comportamiento de personas que dicen ser fanaticos de J o de cualquier tipo de musica.

Esta claro que ellos te conoces y que ademas ellos conocian las reglas, ya que son implicitas en este tipo de situaciones.

Lastimosamente cuando las personas hacen las cosas nunca se detienen a ver las concecuencias.

Estamos a la orden y espero que este tema quede cerrado lo mas rapido posible.

Honestly, I cannot find any excuse for their behaviour! We all know how they acted: talking among themselves in Spanish, offensive nicknames, saying that the chat was a dictatorship, asking questions when it was not their turn etc...

I can't believe they didn't know the rules! Anywhere the chat was promoted, the message was always the same with very clear and simple rules listed! I'm sure they understand English!!!
And even if they were unaware of the rules, still they've been warned several times before being banned!

Anyway, personally, and I think Nath, the mods and everyone too, I'd like to put an end to this story! After all, their behaviour has said enough!

However I appreciate the fact that they have acknowledged their faults!

I gotta agree with ya Stefy.
It sucked that they acted the way they did during the chat session, but it's done. It is still very upsetting that not only did we have to deal with that, but our guest of honor Mr. Soto did as well, but sometimes a great thing cannot happen without the occassional 'bump in the road.'

So let's attempt to put this behind us and look forward to better and rewarding encounters with our favorite man

The damage is done, there's no turning back... they should have thought of the consequences... of course there's no excuse for such a naughty behaviour... people should think first and then act, not act first and then regret... I had the chance to read the rules in several places, but they insisted in the fact of not knowing them...

I only wanted to communicate you how they feel now... you know which side I belong to!

The sooner we finish this matter, the better...

Let's hope next chat with the man people behave in a correct way!

Even if you don't know the rules, it's just being polite, when someone talks, to wait for your turn and speak when you've been asked to!
