Fight ensues backstage

The show seemed to be going great, I was suprised by how long of a gig it was adding up to as I was taping. Yngwie did his solo, and right after addressing the crowd, grabbed his Guitar and threw it neck-first at the drummer! It barely missed, and slammed into the drum kit.

They stormed offstage, and fighting can be seen/heard backstage after Mike Vescera(sp?) tells us "goodnight". The crowd knows that there is supposed to be more show, and nobody leaves. Instead, the anger begins to build in part of the audience, while others are just hoping to get more gig. About 7-8 minutes later(big mistake), Mike comes out to apologize, and says "With no Drummer, what can we do?" At this point, the anger in the room gets a little scary, with shouts of "lets burn the place down!", and " let's flip the tour bus!" can be heard.

I don't think any actual violence took place that night. I'm pretty sure
that, because of this incident, this was the drummers last gig with the band. Maybe JB Kim or another Yngwie Head can help us with those details. What a trip !

Yes this is a true history.

I found the whole show on mp3 where you can hear the situation and after a few minutes Mike Vescera tolds to the assistants that there is no way to finish it without a drummer, sorry and Good Night!!!
Then you can hear some screeming from the public saying everrything you can think!

Its simply amazing and it was going to be a terrific show from the 7th Sigh Tour until that moment.

I'm ssoooo not surprised.
