| I took my oldest daughter to see Journey/Def leppard in concert on August 15 at Red Rocks in Denver Co. Being a big Def Leppard fan, I was so pumped! I have only missed one of their concerts since 1982. All things changed when Jeff walked out on stage. HIS VOICE WAS TO DIE FOR!!!!! The next day my daugher found his website and told me had a "MYSpace". I wrote Jeff, and told him how I loved his voice. I didn't get a reply...figured he was busy with the tour. A couple weeks later I heard the tour was coming back through CO. I wrote and asked if this was true. This time he replied. They would be playing in Loveland, CO in October (2006). I wrote him when I bought my tickets. I told how happy I was because my youngest daughter was going with me. She never listened to "My" music, she only listened to hiphop, and Latino. But as a gift for my 50th birthday...she told me she wanted to go to the concert with me. She wanted to share something I loved. She had never been to a rock concert. Jeff wrote back, and invited my daughter and myself backstage. Can You Believe That??? He wanted my daughter to get the "whole experiance"! He is such a great man! He has left an impression on my daughter, and she will never forget him, or what he did for us. Things have not been the same in my household since...My daughter now asks to listen to Journey, and enjoys watching the movie "Rock Star" Thank you Jeff! | |

| Only Problem was...I asked Jeff if I could take a picture of him with my daughter, and he got on his knees (She is only 4'8"), and put his arm around her. I had taken my daughters camera with me, and didn't check it before I left home. It was full! Of course...no picture! I am only hoping next time they pass through, I can be lucky again! | |

| I cannot believe how nice all you guys are!!! When I met Jeff, I met alot of his friends he hung out with when he lived in Fort Collins, Co. They were great too! We were sitting in the 19th row from stage and they moved us up to the 3rd row. It was totally awesome. Probably a once in a life time thing...but one that will never be forgotten! It seems not only is Jeff a great man..his friends are just as great! | |

| Haha strangely enough just before I read this thread I sent him a message on MySpace asking if me and my bf have a chance of meeting him if we hang around at the venue before the gig! No doubt my bf will have a million questions for him cos he's an aspiring singer | |

| He is awesome that way. I'm glad to see he's not changing with the newfound stardom, so to speak. I've seen others change when the get more popular and it sucks to see them get an overblown ego. Teri | |
