VAN HALEN IS BACK (OFFICIALLY IT SEEMS!):
February 2, 2007 / Los Angeles, CA - In what is no doubt one of the most anticipated moments in rock and roll, Van Halen officially announces their 2007 North American tour.
The tour will mark the first time since 1984 that original Van Halen front man David Lee Roth will perform with Eddie and Alex Van Halen along with new bassist Wolfgang Van Halen for 40 shows this summer.
Van Halen fans can look forward to legendary high intensity performances, featuring a set list of the most iconic hits ever produced by America's premiere rock band. Eddie Van Halen states, "I am very excited to get back to the core of what made Van Halen."

I've seen both versions of VH - twice with DLR and twice with Sammy....I am a Sammy girl through and through, but I'll go see them if they come back around my way. I'll sure miss seeing Michael Anthony, though.

But, it might be an event I don't want to miss.

I have some of his old stuff on cassette. I'm not sure what all I have. I haven't looked at those tapes in years.

I got the email too...do you see any prices for the ticket packages? I can't load it up here at work....are they more expensive than Lep 5*'s? We paid $275 for our 5*'s for last October's show. 'Course, it will be a moot point if they don't drop Fresno onto the schedule. Evil or Very Mad

Hey Crazy Kim.. here's a tidbit Krista pm'd me, you might want to invest in some good binoculars instead. Suspect

So far the 5*s that have gone on sale for VH are either $550 or $695...DAMN!! It includes a backstage tour, but no meet and greet. The 4*s are $300 or 350.
