Just thought I'd post this because I am very pleased with myself!!
I have been a stay at home Mum now for nearly 3 years and yesterday I was offered a job!! It's only 4 days a week for 4 hours each day but It is a big step for me, especially because it's been so long since I have worked!.
I must admit I am a little nervous and a bit haprehensive, I know I'm going to miss my daughter so much whilst I am working but at least I know that I can do both and I'll still be a good mum no matter what!

Congrats Cheyenne! Taking care of children is great, but you've also got to have a "social life" without them. And working is part of this social life imo. I stayed at home during 2 years but was really happy to find a job (now it has changed because of my boss, but that's another story ).
When do you start?

Congrats on your job! I can't imagine not working. I've been working since I was 17, without a break. I'd love to stay at home for a while but it's not going to happen unless I win the lottery! In fact, I really need a second job.
