Here's a couple of my favorite MySpace bands...the first one is out of Jacksonville, Florida called 629: http://www.myspace.com/sixtwonine
"Lifeline" is one of my favorite songs.

The other is one that people have probably heard, Revelation Theory:

Okay, I'll take part. There are a lot of artists that I like but he is a particular favorite of mine.

He's played over the years on albums with other bands or members of those bands so only two of the songs on his music player are from him - Roll On My Good Times and Lessons Of Life. Some of the groups or individuals he's played with: Duran Duran's John Taylor, Ultravox, London Cowboys, Def Leppard's Phil Collen, L.A. Guns' Phil Lewis (in GIRL). Really just a cool guy with incredible talent musically. He even played guitar on some of the demos for Duran's 'Notorious' album after Andy left. I sure wouldn't mind hearing those. Cool

I have to agree w/ Melissa, Gerry Laffy is awesome and a great guy! I admire him more than he will ever know. I have a bunch of his CD's and he is very talented, not only as a musician (he's also an artist). Everyone should really give him a listen, you won't be disappointed. Would I lie to you??? Ok, if you think I would, I'm hurt Crying or Very sad

I did find a young band from Baltimore that blew me away when I saw them open for Daugtry. CINDER ROAD is their name. They just released their first single, "GET IN GET OUT". I was so impressed with this band and it's exciting to see a young band as they grow. They're heavily influenced by 80's 90's arena rock. Go check them out at :
