I ran across this. I have no idea of the validity of it but thought I would forward it. This is the first I'm hearing of this type of JSS project. Anyway know if this is authorized? I'm assuming that since the responses are going to JSS Promotions that it probably is.

JEFF SCOTT SOTO Biography In The Works; Author Seeks Early Photos

Author Ronny Hahn has been hard at work updating JEFF SCOTT SOTO's (ex-TALISMAN, JOURNEY, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN) upcoming biography called Jeff The Voice with Frank Tunney (Tour Manager for JSS Band) helping out editing it.

Says Tunney: "Our aim is to publish in English by the end of 2009, or summer 2010 and we are looking for any hi-res images of any of Jeff's (very) early bands, as well as any audio files from them, if they exist! Please let us know if you can help, but don't, repeat don't, send images."

Ronny Hahn is well know between all JSS old fans.
He is a good person, publisher and the greatest JSS fan that I ever know.

Is natural that some1 can't trust in his work is not have any info about him but I can tell you that if he with the help of Uncle Hefty (Frank Tunney) is working together in this bio since a few years ago, you can get a precious work that you will enjoy a lot.

Frank Tunney is his Tour Manager then is someone very close to J too and is he is working on it - there is no best men to check the quality of the texts that has been used on the book.

Also J is 100% agree with his work since a few years ago.

I've been waiting for this book to see the light of day for years now! Glad to see it's still in the works.
